Trying to discern fact from fiction and either from political nuance can be difficult when staring down a 1,000 page health care bill.


U.S. Rep. Pete Hoekstra, R-Holland, found himself responding to misconceptions people have about the bill as often as he did to solutions they offered during a town hall meeting Monday evening at Evergreen Commons.

"Once there was a temperature rise" Hoekstra said. "This is a passionate issue. I expect to see people get passionate about health care."
